US Weekly got a swift response from Tina Fey who said: “It was just a joke, and I think it was actually a very benign joke.”

"If anyone was going to get mad at us, I thought it would be James Cameron," Tina Fey, 42, told ET. "I did not see that one coming. It was a joke. It was a lighthearted joke."

Reached by The Hollywood Reporter  for comment, Amy Poehler, who is active in women’s causes — including a Smart Girls YouTube channel dedicated to empowering younger girls — said: “Aw, I feel bad if she was upset. I am a feminist, and she is a young and talented girl. That being said, I do agree I am going to hell. But for other reasons. Mostly boring tax stuff."
